Mercedes-Benz AMG GLC 43 is the third AMG member to make its route to the country this year, followed by the GLS 63 AMGs, G63 Edition 463.
Mercedes-Benz is expanding its AMG-marked sports utility model at lightning speed to its portfolio in India through the glamorous new AMG GLC 43 coupe. The ultra-modern new Mercedes-Benz AMG GLC 43 Coupe is available with a price tag of Rs 74.80 lakh (Ex-Showroom, India). The Mercedes-Benz AMG family has now expanded to 10 models with the launch of fresh Mercedes-Benz AMG GLC 43 Coupe. The brand new AMG GLC 43 coupe is powered by a 3.0-litre, twin-turbo V6 petrol engine that generates 362bhp of power and 520Nm of torque.
The engine powers all 4 wheels through a 9-speed automatic transmission and 4MATIC AWD system that power this hunky SUV to hit the road from 0-100kmph in just 4.9 seconds. It has been able to limit the speed electronically to 250kmph. The car has five driving modes – Individual, Eco, Comfort, Sport and Sport Plus. Each mode customizes the engine, gearbox, speed-sensitive steering and suspension. The Mercedes-Benz AMG GLC 43 Coupe is much sportier than its standard SUV counterpart.
The front covers with a diamond radiator grill with garnish chrome pins, a chrome front splitter and sporty air intakes. The rear features with high gloss black quad chrome-plated tailpipes and a sharp spoiler lip. The alloys with 19-inch will come as standard while the 21-inch is available as an option. Fuel efficiency has been enhanced by tech like cylinder shut-off and start-stop.
The interior is well furnished with the exterior’s sporty theme with a premium upholstery with Mercedes-Benz AMG GLC logo stitched in the head rests, red seat belts, a multi-function sports steering wheel and a 7.0-inch infotainment system with Bluetooth and USB connectivity.
The GLC 43 will join the group of GLE 43 Coupe, SLC 43 and C 43 in India.
